Step 2. Positive Traits vs. Vulnerabilities
Before you JUMP into getting fit, have you thought about Your Realistic Results based on factors such as genetics, body frame, bone structure, heart and muscle conditioning, as well as health and injury risk factors. We all have our own unique bodies and personal physical-mental-spiritual vulnerabilities.
Example
A male client, in his late 30s is an avid surfer three days a week,
and he hates going to a gym. Here’s his LIST:
