“Start from within, from consciousness of how your body works, and then turn that understanding into action. Without the mind engaged, there are no roots to hold fitness in place.”

The Fitness Intuitive, Inc.™ experience begins with YOU!
BE SMARTER, MORE AWARE, YOUNGER, AND SEXIER
Founder of Fitness Intuitive, Inc.™ Jeri Lynn Sunok uniquely connects with her audience using methods that inspire people to attain what they presumed impossible, physiologically and physically.
For 30 years, celebrities, high-profile CEO’s, the who’s who of the OC, as well as people just like you have relied on Jeri’s uncommon intuitions about what it truly means to be fit.
Jeri SAYS:
- Smarter: Perform at your best, etch your body, fill in the missing links, and put exercise focus in the right place by applying scientific training methods as an athlete does, with a coach who has been there and BEYOND.
- More Aware: Be aware of the roles of the mind, motives, and emotions that contribute to unwavering fitness. SUCCESS is awareness of the biomechanics of your body. Become aware of where you are now, what’s possible, and where you want to go.
- Younger: Reverse the effects of chronological age and enhance your fitness abilities by stirring a youthful mind-set. Let go of fears and past beliefs about your physical being. Tap into the emotion and the spirit of youth. Then you can go where you never thought you could. You can recapture SELF.
- Sexier: Feel good through your conscious efforts is how you let go of inhibitions about exercise and fitness. That’s how you begin to EXUDE sexiness in your daily life — professionally, romantically, and socially. Sexy is a state of mind, not a physical state.
Fit Enlightenment™
- Clear the mind to create the body.
- Do what works.
- It’s a split moment in your fit choice and time.
- Jeri’s 1-2-3 easy eating rules.
- Let’s talk exercise technique. Simply be more aware.
- To motive others, motive self.
1. Clear the mind to create the body. Happy mind, happy body.
Free your mind of daily clutter and expectations. Clear concentration is essential to sculpt the body and strengthen the muscles. “Hello, yapping on the cell phone while doing sit ups – not smart training”.
2. Do what works. K.I.S.S.
Take a personal survey to discover what keeps you on your fitness path and take in what you like from the experts.
“Get the reminder: “K.I.S.S” - keep it super simple and learn more when you are ready. The fit mind likes stimulation!”
3. It’s a split moment in your fit choice and time. Tick-Tock Consciousness.
Choose not to snack late at night. Choose to finish all daily meals / calories by
7 p.m. or earlier. For a fit life, say NO to empty calories like sugar-packed and sodium-packed foods (yes, alcohol can have sugar in it).
“If you just sit back and make no
CONSCIOUS CHOICE,
you’ve blindly chosen.”

4. Jeri’s 1-2-3 easy eating rules. I don’t like rules but there are three I can live with:
1-STOP eating if you already feel full. STOP, THINK, SATIFISY.
2- THINK about what you are eating, honestly. And for some, think about what you are NOT eating. If you feel bloated; have an irritable stomach; a complaining undivided mind; or craving sugar, you could be eating the wrong foods or not getting the proper nutritional intake.
3- SATIFISY your hunger and metabolism by keeping healthy snacks nearby.
“Can you live peacefully with these rules?”
5. Let’s talk exercise technique. Simply be more aware.
In working out, our body (arms, limbs, torso) moves as if had a mind of it’s own.
Let’s look at the standing bicep curl exercise. Most people, without thinking, allow their upper body to lean back putting harmful pressure on the “back””. KEEP the focus on the “front” bicep muscle and stand properly. “Get the tip off: Just bend knee, keep upper arm in a fixed position and curl the weight up with THE BICEP, NOT THE BACK!”
6. To motivate self is to motivate others. We all have a choice to exercise or not exercise. Who do you motivate? Who motivates you? “Now, TAKE ACTION and GO GET IT!”
A little inspiration from a friend gets us moving.
The Fit Truth
Listen Live to the people whose livelihoods depend on felling and/or looking fabulous...

What you do in your 20’s or 30’s carries you to the 40’s, 50’s and beyond.
You are never too young or too old to grasp a new exercise perspective.
Hollywood’s hottest men and women 50 years of age and beyond now own
a new confidence, a new body and a new self. It’s time for you to function
and feel youthful!
When you THINK FIT do you give up or do you TAKE ACTION?
Fitness is the Fountain of Youth beyond simply looking the part. It isn’t magic…POOF! It takes time; it TAKES PRECISE ACTION! Even for mega stars like Madonna, George Clooney, Oprah. The famous body does NOT come easy - they have to WORK DILIGENTLY FOR IT. They have to let go and adjust when perfectly laid plans fall short.
You’ll always find something more you can do for your body, and for an undivided mind. It’s time to find your own individual happy mind, happy body. And you don’t have to be a celebrity to do that.
Let’s find the root of what works for you starting where you are now.
