Is the checkout process secure?
Yes. We use industry standard SSL certificates that guarantee your payment information isn't intercepted by others. When items have been added to your cart, you're not in a secure area yet. It's when you click the check out button that you get moved into the secure area of the site as that's when you are about to enter personal information.
I just added an item to the cart, now what?
You can do two things, either click on other items in the cart and add them, or click on the "Show Cart" link located in the right hand menu and checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice and we also reserve the right to discontinue product.
Warranties
Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery.
Fitness Intuitive provides no product liability, warranties, or product guarantees beyond those supplied by our manufacturers.
All products are warranted against defects in materials and / or workmanship for a period of time from the invoice date. This period of time varies from vendor to vendor. Please check specific time periods for each product in question.
RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns if they are returned to Fitness Intuitive no later
than 7 days after receipt by the customer.
Please return unused product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund
(excluding shipping).
We reserve the right not to accept product that is in poor condition
We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee

- Brief statement concerning return/defect in question
- Your customer number, sales order number and/or proof of purchase
Some of our vendors do not specify a warranty time period. In this case, the warranty will be listed as "MANUFACTURER’S DISCRETION." This means the manufacturer believes their product to be a high performance product free from defect when used for normal recreational purposes. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned after it has been put to use within a reasonable time. Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product will not be refunded or replaced. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident (including in transit), or repairs or attempted repairs by any person not authorized by Fitness Intuitive, or vandalism, misuse, abuse or alteration.
